Monitoring Subscription Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Celestial Electric LLC (“Provider”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”) for ongoing solar, battery, and energy system performance monitoring under the selected Celestial Monitoring Plan.

1. Plan Tiers: Core, Prime, Nexus+
2. Provider Services: monitoring, reporting, diagnostics
3. Customer Responsibilities: internet connectivity, portal access, address updates, compliance
4. Fees and Payments: billed monthly or annually
5. Term & Termination: 15 days notice; annual non-refundable after 30 days
6. Liability & Warranty: informational service only, no hardware warranty
7. Privacy & Data Access: data used for support and optimization
8. Governing Law: South Carolina
